Sarah's (NEW!) Dominion
Well, Sarah is someone who I love very much and who really deserves much more than this wimpy little web page. :) However, she taught me a lot about how to use all this linux/UNIX/html stuff and I wanted to try to give her something back in return. So, Sarah, this is all about and for you! :)
Sarah will be moving shortly to her new home in Rolla, Missouri. After much deliberation, she has finally decided that UIUC is not the place for her and so is going to a really great place known as UMR. Sarah spent three short undergraduate years here as she earned her B.S. in electrical engineering in 1999. She is now attending UMR to pursue a Ph.D. in EE on the IGERT Grant.
She is very excited about this, although the move coming up quickly here is something that is going to be quite taxing on our collective sanity. However, if we all keep a cool head it shouldn't be too bad. :)
Sarah is many things: a runner, a violist, a lover of poetry and literature, a chef (well, so she CLAIMS... but proof has yet to be seen-- no pressure, babe!), a scientist, a German language expert, a cat lover, a UNIX guru, a chaufer (I mean... um.. uh.. a nice person who drives me places? ;)) and so so much more. Yep! It's that time again! Marathon training! Sarah is working very hard to get my lazy bones moving and get back into the running spirit again! We are attempting (for REAL this time!) to achieve a 4:00 marathon time which would SHATTER our previous best (well, ONLY, really...) of 4:45. Here goes nothin'!
Oh yeah! Crossgen comics! We are addicted. So addicted. We are going to attempt to keep updated with Ruse, Sigil, Sojourn, Crux and a few more... They really are wonderful comics that are exciting to read and excellently illustrated!
